Quantech support has recently tied its services with Zendesk.
Zendesk is the leading cloud-based customer service software solution. Zendesk Support tool is a system for tracking, prioritizing, and solving customer support tickets. As we are aware that no two business are alike, a tool to unify our support tool was required. After carefully researching and testing several of the leading tools, we were certain that Zendesk delivers the best solution for our client needs.
The main goal of the support management tool was to be reliable, flexible and scalable. Zendesk is able to provide all the mentioned without comprising security and data loss. Our support ticket system is designed to be user friendly and simplified for all class of users.
Zendesk has multiple support channels, that allows user to interact with our representatives. Below are support channels available for our clients.
Web-Form: Our agents will assist to log the ticket on your behalf when you call our support number. Through the web-form agents will be able to submit the ticket on you behalf and you will be able to receive the support id.
Email: When clients email to firstname.lastname@example.org with their request it will be automatically translated to a Zendesk ticket. Clients will then receive a reply stating the ticket id and client will be able to provide additional comments by replying to the email.
Client Portal: Clients will be able to login to a portal to view all their ticket history and also submit any new ticket via the portal. This channel will be in service from the 1st of September 2017. More details will be provided on our next news update.
