Location: Dili, Timor-Leste

Core Responsibilities:

  • Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.
  • Promptly allocates calls as appropriate.
  • Logs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant records.
  • Performs simple security administration tasks.
  • Maintains relevant records and documentation.
  • Contributes, under instruction, to system operation.
  • Following agreed procedures, performs simple installations, replaces consumable items, checks correct working of installations, and documents and reports on work completed.
  • Undertakes other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology related field
  • Good in English communication and writing skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft suite of products.
  • Possess own transport

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiar with Service Desk environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016/2019 suite of products.
  • Basic ITIL understanding & experience in dealing with SLA driven request
  • A good knowledge of the IT hardware and software being used by users
